The various aspects of Shincheonji's volunteer work.

 

 

 

I'd like to introduce various aspects of Shincheonji's volunteer work.

There are multiple volunteers for the communication with local residents in each of twelve tribes of Shincheonji.

 

 

When we literally work voluntarily from the bottom of our hearts, the service will shine and move the receivers' hearts.

 

 

 

There is a saying: if the salt loses its saltiness, it is no longer good for anything. Shincheonji's volunteers work for genuine share with others with such hearts.

They don't work for show and therefore they work pleasantly.

 

We must love our neighbors and share this treasure with them generously like light, rain and air give life to us freely.

 

 

 

36　Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

37　Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38　This is the first and great commandment.

39　And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40　On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

SHINCHEONJI CHURCH

AUGUST 2014 NEWS

 Shincheonji church members cleaned the beach located in Incheon. Shincheonji volunteers picked up the trashes along the beach despite the hot weather. This is not their first time of volunteering for local community. Last month, July 5^th, Shincheonji volunteers had cleaned the trashes on the beach to prevent local citizens and visitors to get hurt by stepping the dangerous trashes such as broken glass bottle and sharp trashes.

Besides the environmental cleaning, Shincheonji volunteers help local community with various ways. Shincheonji volunteers: deliver coal in the winter, free medical service, painting dirty walls, visiting old folk’s house, promoting movement for local market, etc. Shincheonji church is helping local community and becoming the light of the world as the good sample of believers.
